The first step is planning. After manual sketches, a computer drawing is made. The outer shape is cut out of metal. The unnecessary part resulting from laser cutting is sanded off the resulting forms.

After that, it is decided which form will have which surface. Pearl sprinkled products must be sprinkled before engraving. With the engraving, a part of a few mm is removed from the surface itself, so the pattern is a part of the material, so it does not wear out.

The pieces that are not sprinkled are polished to a reflective, shiny surface by using polishing paste. All products are washed, wiped dry and stored.

Cleaning: Clean the product with a liquid, alcoholic disinfectant or an eyeglass cleaning cloth, or possibly with soap and water, then wipe it dry!
